1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WakeMeWork ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What WakeMeWork Is

WakeMeWork is a community-driven dashboard where gig workers share real-time task availability on AI labeling platforms. WakeMeWork is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Outlier, DataAnnotation, Prolific, or any other platform mentioned on the Service.

3. User Accounts

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account to post
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

4. Posting Rules

By submitting a post, you agree to:

  • Only submit accurate information based on your own experience
  • Not submit false, misleading, or spam posts
  • Not disclose confidential information, project names, or proprietary details from any platform's NDA-covered work
  • Not attempt to manipulate or game the platform's data

We reserve the right to remove posts and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Post Rate Limits

To maintain data quality and prevent abuse, users are limited to 10 posts per hour. This limit may be adjusted at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform names mentioned on WakeMeWork (Outlier, DataAnnotation, Prolific, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. WakeMeWork uses these names for informational purposes only.

7. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted data
  • We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information found on the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WakeMeWork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
